You will collaborate with Internal Wholesalers and cross-functional teams to drive opportunities, deliver product education, and ensure a seamless advisor experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of financial services sales experience or relevant professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial products, processes, and concepts to a diverse advisor base.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with annuity illustration software, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
• Demonstrated organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Progress toward or completion of industry education or certifications (such as LIMRA or LOMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support to financial professionals by answering product, sales, and service inquiries while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Generate accurate annuity product illustrations, fulfill marketing material requests, and support advisors with product education and sales solutions.
• Partner with Internal Wholesalers, Service Liaisons, and business partners to resolve service issues, identify sales opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Athene products, industry trends, and technology tools while leveraging CRM systems, AI-enabled resources, and digital tools to improve efficiency and advisor support.
