Job summary

Athene in West Des Moines, IA seeks an Internal Wholesaler – Structured Settlements to drive sales by engaging agents and expanding Athene annuity solutions. You will work with the Relationship Manager to execute territory plans and support agents through prospecting and quoting.

This role rewards strong communication, regulatory awareness, and use of technology to improve outreach. A 4+ year financial services sales background and a life license are preferred; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial services sales experience with prospecting and relationship development.
• Annuity product sales experience strongly preferred; structured settlement knowledge a plus.
• Life license required or must be obtained within six months; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Manager to develop and execute territory plans and grow opportunities.
• Generate proposals with pricing and coordinate with legal/ops for timely communication.
• Prospect, profile and engage agents through calls, webinars, and campaigns.
• Plan agent engagement activities with Sales/Marketing using AI-enabled tools.
