Responsibilities

• Contact prospective sellers to understand financial needs and opportunities.
• Manage the transaction from initial contact through closing and funding with cross-team support.
• Adhere to compliance policies and SOPs in all interactions.
• Communicate with internal teams and provide timely updates to support processing.
• Maintain accurate transaction notes and documentation in the CRM.
• Follow up on prospects and active transactions with next steps and dates.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and events.
