Qualifications

• Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in structured products sales focusing on U.S. intermediary distribution.
• Established relationships with broker-dealer and RIA decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive structured note sales and issuance across U.S. broker-dealers and RIAs with defined targets.
• Identify and penetrate high-value broker-dealer and RIA platforms.
• Grow issuance volume and trade frequency across onboarded platforms.
• Partner with structuring and trading teams to develop scalable note programs.
• Deliver structured note education, training sessions, and market updates to gatekeepers and advisors.
• Monitor competitive positioning and market share across U.S. wealth channels.
• Ensure activities comply with internal risk policies and U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Support automation efforts and system upgrades to improve processes.
• Assist in business development initiatives including platform and digital enhancements.
• Create tailored investment strategies by translating client objectives into structured product ideas.
