Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a credit analytics professional to own delivery on securitized credits within the Structured Finance and Alternative Investment Funds team. You will drive data-driven analysis, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and mentor junior colleagues while maintaining rigorous standards and confidentiality.

Office presence is required a minimum of two days per week in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.

Responsibilities

• Build credit judgment through coaching and standard methodologies.
• Support AI-enabled productivity with reusable prompts, templates, checklists, and automation.
• Help onboard and develop junior colleagues with guidance on routines, quality standards, and approved tools.
• Own delivery for assigned credits with clear status updates and risk escalation.
• Maintain surveillance for credits and translate developments into actionable insights.
• Develop analytical materials using templates and automation while preserving human conclusions.
• Support rating committees with well-evidenced materials and transparent sources.
