Job summary

Nassau Financial Group is offering an internship with the CLO, Structured Products & Derivatives team. You will assist the portfolio manager and analysts with sourcing, credit underwriting and deal analysis of new transactions, plus deep-dive surveillance of CLOs and other structured products.

Qualified candidates are college students pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance or Mathematics (minor in Business) or a related Master’s program, with 1–2 internships in financial services.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance or Mathematics with a minor in Business or a related Master’s in Finance or Risk Management.
• 1–2 internships in financial services preferred.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented with strong research skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and organize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Compile and evaluate weekly deal pipeline for CLOs and other structured products.
• Update deal pipeline and trades in Allvue Monitor with rating changes.
• Assist in manager, collateral and scenario analysis using Intex; prepare write‑ups for CIO review.
• Support monthly surveillance analysis using Intex and Moody's SF Portal.
• Help prepare monthly deep‑dive surveillance and PQR reports for management.
• Assist in pricing analysis of weekly derivative transactions and participate in meetings.
