Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in finance, insurance, economics, statistics, accounting, or related field.
• Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, collaborative, and able to multi-task several projects.
• Ambition to develop skills for analyzing and projecting asset/liability cash flows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with the group's professionals in all aspects of structured finance origination.
• Conduct market research and industry reviews for asset classes (e.g., asset-backed securities, CLOs).
• Assist in underwriting transactions, including deal screening, market research, and credit memos.
• Participate in meetings with senior management and clients.
• Coordinate actions with other departments as necessary.
• Review sections of transaction legal documentation and translate findings within the group.
