Job summary

Nassau Financial Group, based in Hartford, CT, seeks a structured investments analyst to join NAMCO's team. You will analyze CLOs, private credit and ABS and provide buy/sell recommendations while supporting portfolio surveillance and management.

Responsibilities include sourcing new investments, coordinating with legal and portfolio teams, and presenting to Investment Review Committee. CFA is a plus; finance/economics/business degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in structured securities, CLOs, private credit and ABS.
• CFA designation is a plus; bachelor's or master's in finance, economics, or business.
• Strong communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide buy/sell recommendations on investment offerings.
• Monitor existing investments and perform regular credit quality reviews.
• Support portfolio surveillance, management and reporting to committees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party managers and SMAs.
