Qualifications

• Current college junior entering senior year in fall 2027 with finance, business, or investing interest.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher is expected.
• Strong quantitative analytics capabilities are required.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or coursework.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of asset management and securities markets (equities & fixed income).
• Ability to think creatively and strategically; good judgment.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work in a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and analysis of structured fixed income securities.
• Recommend investment actions based on credit risk and quantitative research.
• Collaborate with traders and analysts to identify mispriced bonds.
• Research and document credit recommendations across sectors.
• Provide pricing guidance to trading desk for new purchases.
• Analyze issuer financial strength and market trends.
• Communicate investment ideas clearly to clients and teams.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and internal policies.
