Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a professional to oversee cash and collateral management activities supporting complex structured finance transactions.

You will monitor investment balances, track trigger events, approve lien releases, value assets and collateral, and ensure accurate funding in line with governing trust documents. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of structured finance, investments, accounting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of related work experience.
Working knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing operations.
Ability to interpret transaction documents.
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel focus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee cash and collateral activities for structured finance transactions.
Monitor investment balances and trigger events, approve lien releases, value assets and collateral.
Ensure proper funding of accounts in accordance with governing trust documents.
Interpret financing documents and internal controls for timing of cash movements.
Collaborate with specialized units to provide quality measurements for accounts.
