This role is responsible for monitoring investment balances, managing trigger events, approving lien releases, valuing assets and collateral, and ensuring accounts are funded in accordance with governing trust documents. The successful candidate will interpret financing agreements to determine the proper timing and movement of cash and assets, collaborate with specialized teams to support account management activities, and provide meaningful reporting and quality metrics. This position plays a key role in risk management by ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining strong internal controls, and safeguarding the integrity of transaction and collateral management processes.**Job Description:*** Responsible for cash and collateral activities for structured finance transactions.* Monitors investment balances and trigger events, approves lien releases, values assets and collateral, and ensures proper funding of accounts in compliance with governing trust documents.* Uses financing documents, along with internal control mechanisms, to interpret the amount and timing of cash and asset movements.* Interacts with specialized units to provide meaningful quality measurements to Account Manager to ensure that cash and asset management procedures are followed.* Ensures risk management procedures are maintained and document legal requirements are satisfied.**Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience* Four to seven years of related work experience**Preferred Skills/Experience:*** Thorough knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing operations* Ability to interpret transaction documents* Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications* Well-developed ability to create spreadsheets for simple cash flow calculations* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent customer service skills* Experience with Bondmaster, SEI and Access Control Server (ACS) preferredThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
