Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate trust and investment instruments.
• Ability to develop new business.
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients and manage the value of these relationships for the organization.
• Review and accept new client relationships per policies and procedures.
• Provide high-quality service based on client needs, wants and expectations.
• Identify risks and mitigate them; enhance operating systems and processes.
• Coordinate development and implementation of operational changes within the unit.
• May manage staff and train staff to meet objectives.
