Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent work experience.
• Four to seven years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash and collateral activities for structured finance transactions.
• Monitor investment balances and trigger events, approve lien releases, value assets and collateral, and ensure proper funding of accounts in accordance with governing trust documents.
• Interpret financing documents to determine timing of cash and asset movements and maintain internal controls.
