Qualifications

• Ability to interpret transaction documents.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to create spreadsheets for cash flow calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash and collateral activities for structured finance deals.
• Monitor investment balances and trigger events; approve lien releases and values.
• Ensure proper funding of accounts per governing documents.
• Interpret financing documents to time cash and asset movements.
• Provide reporting and quality metrics to Account Manager.
