Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Low Voltage Cabling Tech in Raleigh, NC for an on-site, permanent role. The tech will install, terminate, and test structured cabling across data centers, campuses, and commercial sites, learning fiber and copper installations and growing toward leadership responsibilities.

We offer heavy training investment, PPE coverage, a family-friendly culture, and a production bonus program. Typical hours are 8–5 with some early starts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of structured cabling or low voltage experience.
• Solid hands-on termination and installation skills, fiber and/or copper.
• Willing to learn and take direction from a Lead Technician.
• Certifications a plus but not required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling (fiber and copper) under the direction of a Lead Technician.
• Support crew logistics — materials, staging, and site setup.
• Work across data center, campus, and commercial cabling projects.
• Assist with testing and certification of completed work.
• Learn and build toward leading projects and crews over time.
