Job summary

Next Level Technician in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Low Voltage Cable Technician to install and test structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV systems, and fiber optics. You will pull cable, terminate and label lines, read blueprints, and work safely at heights on job sites across North Carolina.

The role offers $22–$25/hour with weekly pay, PTO, medical benefits, sign-on and referral bonuses, plus growth through specialized training and hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial/industrial low voltage experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Willingness to travel to job sites within North Carolina as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable.
• Test installed cable with Fluke or similar testers.
• Punch down voice and data jacks.
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF, etc.
