Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-the-job communications work experience and technician-level skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lay out work and prep materials for installation.
• Perform overhead and underground layout and rough-in.
• Terminate copper cable types and install cable trays.
• Assemble and install racks, cabinets and related components.
• Perform fiber optic installation and terminations.
• Troubleshoot and repair structured cabling systems.
• Operate power and hand tools as required.
• Work at construction sites and meet safety requirements.
