Job summary

DSI Tech is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Solutions Architect to lead technical design from customer conversations and site surveys through BOM, SOW, proposal support, and handoff to the delivery team. The role is customer-facing and requires in-field understanding of cabling systems and installation practices.

The ideal candidate will develop cable routing, determine pathway requirements, and create precise BOMs while supporting sales and estimating teams to deliver competitive

Qualifications

Current BICSI RCDD certification required.
BICSI OSP or other telecommunications certifications are a plus.
Experience designing structured cabling for data centers and mission-critical environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design of structured cabling solutions from survey through BOM and SOW.
Develop accurate Bills of Materials and supporting cost estimates.
Prepare technical Statements of Work and review drawings and specs for compliance.
