Mortenson Construction is seeking a Structured Cabling General Foreman to plan, organize and direct foremen and craft teams in alignment with the project schedule and safety standards. The role focuses on supervision, interpretation of drawings, and ensuring efficient field execution.

The candidate will read blueprints, coordinate activities, manage craft teams, and enforce company policies while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience.
• Strong teamwork orientation and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Good communication and openness to diverse input and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of foremen and their assigned craft workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Plan work sequences to meet construction schedules using equipment knowledge.
