Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent manufacturing/shipbuilding experience.
• Apprentice Certification.
• High School with 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience.
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervises, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel.
• Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with drawings and procedures and trains staff on action plans.
• Manages manufacturing, installation, testing and processes with significant financial impact.
