Job summary

HireCall is seeking an experienced Structural Welder for a Claremore, OK location to weld and fabricate components for air-cooling systems using carbon steel. The role requires MIG and Flux welding and the ability to weld in multiple positions, with strong reading of engineering drawings.

Applicants should have prior structural welding experience, basic math skills, and a safety-minded approach. Night shifts include differential pay, and walk-ins are welcome at our hiring center.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and Flux welding of carbon steel.
• Ability to weld carbon steel in multiple positions.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Welding certification or formal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding using MIG and Flux processes.
• Weld carbon steel in all positions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
• Determine the appropriate welding process based on job requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Weld Test: complete a visual weld test on carbon steel using Pulse MIG.
