AtWork Group is seeking an experienced Structural Fitter/Welder in Tulsa, Oklahoma to join our fabrication team. The role focuses on fitting structural components and performing MIG and flux-core welding in multiple positions, ensuring precise alignment and weld quality.

Candidates should be able to read drawings and measurements, pass an in-house weld test, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Experience with structural welding and self-sufficient work habits is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous structural welding or fitting experience.
• Proficiency with MIG and flux-core welding.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to pass an in-house weld test in vertical, horizontal, and flat positions.
• Strong attention to quality and workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently.
• Having personal welding tools is preferred but not required.

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and weld-test results
