Grow a Cooler career with Chart Industries! Day shift and Night shift availability. Chart Industries in Beasley, TX is looking for experienced welders. Must be willing to work overtime and pass a 3G structural weld test. Chart’s experienced welders play a key role in the manufacturing process of producing Air Cooled Heat Exchangers.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work inside and outside

Required Personal Protective Equipment (ppe) While In The Shops

• Safety Glasses

• Face Shield when grinding
• Hard Hat when using jib cranes and overhead cranes
• Long sleeve shirt or welding sleeves

Your Experience Should Be…

• Ability to pass the 3G structural welding test
• Ability and willingness to learn from co-workers in order to achieve welder 2 qualifications
• Ability to pass the 1GF Canadian welding test after four (4) weeks
• Ability to use measuring tape

Minimum Education

High school diploma or GED

Minimum Experience

Minimum 6 months in a fast paced manufacturing enviroment

Skills Required (i.e. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations, Etc.)

Certifications, licenses, registrations helpful but not required
