Job summary

HGA is seeking a Summer 2027 Structural Engineering Intern to join our team across Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Boston or Washington DC. The internship typically runs about 12 weeks from June 1, 2027, with some flexibility to fit your school schedule.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of structural projects and assist with design of building systems while performing calculations and researching code requirements.

Summer 2027 - Structural Engineering Internship Opportunity at HGA! Locations: Minneapolis, MN; Milwaukee, WI; and Boston, MA or Washington, DC. Begin to build your future at HGA! We have an excellent opportunity for a college or graduate school student for a paid summer internship in summer of 2027. The summer internship is typically 12 weeks in length beginning on or before June 1, 2027, through mid-August (depending on your schedule). HGA is a full-service planning and design firm of over 1,000 professionals offering planning, engineering, architecture and interior design services in 12 offices.
