Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking two experienced Structural Fitters for industrial steel fabrication in Claremore, Oklahoma. You will fit, align, and assemble structural steel components according to blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specs.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on structural fitting, strong blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to measure and layout accurately. A 2F fitter test is mandatory, and first-shift, four-day weeks offer predictable hours.

Formación

• At least 3 years of structural fitting in industrial fabrication.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement/layout skills.
• Ability to maintain dimensional tolerances and pass 2F fitter test.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret structural blueprints and shop drawings.
• Lay out, measure, position, and fit structural steel components.
• Fit and assemble beams, columns, plates, and assemblies for welding.
• Verify alignment and dimensions throughout fabrication.
• Prepare components for welding and inspect finished work.
• Coordinate with welders and fabrication staff to maintain workflow.
