Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Fitter/Welder to join our fabrication team on the 2nd shift in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will fit and MIG weld structural steel or metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

Pay is $25–$28 per hour based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some required weekends. Benefits include Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, plus weekly pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, fit, align, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
• Must have 4+ years of experience.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Fit and MIG weld structural steel or metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Operate on 2nd shift.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the fabrication line.
