The ideal candidate has 7+ years in structural steel fabrication with 5+ years in leadership, knowledge of AWS D1.1, and experience in an AISC-certified shop. Relocation assistance and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in structural steel fabrication.
• 5+ years of leadership in fabrication or production.
• Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1; CWI preferred.
• Experience in an AISC-certified shop.
• Experience managing large or complex projects.
• Knowledge of SSPC and ASTM coating requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily fabrication activities across two facilities and two shifts.
• Lead and support production supervisors and department teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on employee safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure shipping commitments are met.
• Oversee facility, equipment, and maintenance needs.
• Monitor fabrication workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruitment, retention, workforce development, and succession planning.
• Manage multiple structural steel projects across departments.
