Middough Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Structural Revit Designer who will create designs in accordance with codes and standards, lead drafters, and deliver detailed 2D/3D drawings using Revit. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and project discipline across teams.

The successful candidate will possess an Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 0–5 years of drafting experience, with strong proficiency in Revit, 3D CAD, and Microsoft Office. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of drafting experience.
• Proficient in standard drafting techniques.
• Proficient in 3‑D CAD and Revit design of structural steel and foundation design.
• Experience with masonry, concrete, steel, fiberglass, and wood structures is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Codes and Standards.
• Strong documentation and referencing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Generate design and detail drawings including orthographics, plans/sections, and isometrics using Revit for Discipline Leads.
• Manage and maintain Project Documentation (flat files, reference/stick files, CAD drawings).
• Serve as lead for select single-discipline projects by estimating hours, defining scope, staffing, and quality control.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to obtain information.
