Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 4–5+ years of experience preferred; strong candidates from 3 to 10 years considered.
• Experience evaluating, repairing, restoring, or assessing existing structures preferred.
• Concrete and steel experience preferred; AutoCAD drafting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform condition assessments, site investigations, field testing, and construction observation for existing structures.
• Evaluate field data, structural conditions, deterioration, repair needs, and material performance.
• Develop repair options, technical reports, cost estimates, drawings, details, and specifications.
• Support restoration and building envelope projects involving parking structures, plazas, roofs, and related environments.
• Assist with project management, client coordination, submittal reviews, shop drawings, field quantities, and construction administration.
