Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience evaluating, repairing, or restoring existing structures is required.
• Background with parking structures, garages, plazas, or similar built structures preferred.
• Strong interest in structural systems, materials, investigations, and repair design.
• AutoCAD experience required, especially CAD production and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work from the office and travel to project sites for assessments and coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform condition assessments, site investigations, field testing, and construction observation for existing structures.
• Analyze field data and develop repair and maintenance solutions.
• Support restoration design work, including drawings, details, specifications, and documentation.
• Assist with project management, client coordination, meetings, schedules, submittals, shop drawings, and field quantity reviews.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and design documentation for restoration projects.
