Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor for long hours daily.
• Comfortable working in basements and crawl spaces.
• Ability to lead a small team and work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual; communicate with customers and team members.

• Tech-savvy and safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Traveling on time to the office and to appointments using a company vehicle.
• Completing on-site projects such as exterior waterproofing, interior water management, yard drainage, crawl space encapsulation, insulation work, and occasional excavations.
• Ensuring supplies and equipment are on the company vehicle.
• Communicating project status to the Project Manager.
