Job summary

Moisture Loc in the Charlotte area is seeking a Structural Repair Crew Member to support exterior waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, interior water management, and yard drainage projects. This full-time role requires early starts, physical labor, and teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

Applicants should pass a pre-employment physical, hold a clean driver’s license, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to start at 7 AM and work until 5 PM, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Traveling on time to the office with a reliable vehicle
• Traveling on time to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
• Completing on-site projects including exterior waterproofing, interior water management systems, yard drainage, crawl space encapsulation, and R19 insulation (potential removal)
• Excavations manually or with heavy equipment
• Work in basements and crawl spaces; physical, strenuous tasks

What You'll Do

Our Structural Repair Crew Members are vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following:

• Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
• Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
• Completing on-site projects which includes:
• Exterior waterproofing
• Interior water management systems
• Yard drainage systems
• Crawl space encapsulation systems
• R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation)
• Excavations manually or with heavy equipment

Nature of Work/Conditions

• Work is typically performed in basements and crawl spaces but can also include digging and backfilling trenches
• Work requires constant movement, is strenuous, physical and can include standing, bending, crawling, loading and unloading materials, pushing and pulling equipment.

Requirements

• Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Able to start work at 7 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday, occasionally a Saturday if needed
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be capable of completing a Job Specific Physical
