You will mentor staff, develop budgets, and coordinate with management, BD, and design teams to win work and achieve project success. This role emphasizes accountability and technical leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field required.
• PE/SE registration preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• 8–15 years of related engineering experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in securing project work through proposals and client outreach.
• Oversee engineers to ensure projects meet time, budget, and code requirements.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and submissions for QC.
