Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering; master's preferred.
• PE license; SE license a plus.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• RAM, RISA, Revit; building codes IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Support ongoing technical growth of the team.
• Lead projects for new buildings and renovations.
• Engage with clients on expansions, repairs, renovations.
• Manage projects from $10k to $20M.
