Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer to manage, design, and detail building structures in Lexington, KY, both independently and with a team. You will coordinate with design professionals and Principals, select structural systems, perform analyses, and develop drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and has RAM/RISA and REVIT experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the design of building structures.
• Professional Engineer Registration is required.
• RAM or RISA analysis software experience is expected.
• REVIT proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, and detail building structures.
• Act as liaison between design professionals and Principals.
• Select structural systems and conceptual framing.
• Perform analysis and design calculations.
• Develop construction drawings and specifications.
