Jobot is seeking an experienced structural professional to lead complex industrial and infrastructure projects. You will drive design from concept to construction, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of structural experience, PE license, and proficiency with Revit/BIM. The role offers collaboration with a global firm and opportunities to influence project outcomes while advancing clients' facilities and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE license required; SE preferred.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Design and analyze steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, process, civil, and architectural teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Meet with clients and support project planning efforts.
• Mentor and guide engineers and designers.
• Perform occasional site visits to gather information and support construction activities.
