Brown + Kubican, PSC seeks a Structural Project Manager to lead the design and detailing of building structures across Lexington, Louisville, and Chattanooga. The role involves independent work and collaboration with design professionals, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring quality construction documents.

You will apply RAM/RISA analysis, REVIT proficiency, and knowledge of codes while coordinating with principals and project teams in a full-time, in-office setting.

Qualifications

• MS in Structural Engineering and PE licensure.
• 7+ years of building structures design experience.
• Experience producing construction drawings and specs.

Job Description

Project engineer to manage, design, and detail building structures both independently and as part of a larger team. Will work as a liaison between other design professionals and our firm’s Principals, select structural systems and conceptual framing, perform all necessary analysis and design calculations, develop construction drawings and specifications, self-perform drafting and written texts, review shop drawings, and review contractor’s work during construction.
