Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Structural Project Engineer in Dallas, TX, to lead design efforts and act as project manager or lead engineer for small-to-medium projects. You will mentor staff, support budgets, and collaborate across disciplines to meet client expectations.

Travel up to 10%, in-office schedule. You will join a 100% employee-owned firm delivering civic, education, aviation, and infrastructure projects with a focus on sustainable design and quality control.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required or equivalent.
• PE license required; SE license or SE exam required.
• 2+ years in building design consulting; 4+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for low to moderate complexity projects.
• Create designs, specs, and calculations to code requirements and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and build relationships.
