Job summary

IMEG, 100% employee-owned, is hiring a Structural Project Executive in Dallas, TX. You will assist the Client Executive in managing the team by developing and maintaining client relationships while overseeing large projects within one or more markets.

You will serve as Project Manager on most assigned work and help grow new and repeat business. You will support project financial success, coordinate with marketing and technical operations, and provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff

Qualifications

• Significant stock ownership representing a clear path to Associate Principal
• Minimum 10 years in PM/CM or related field; 15 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Grow the team’s project pipeline by building and maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business and repeat engagements.
• Stay visible and active in the market and within the IMEG Selling Boldly program.
• Manage client and project fees with a total aggregate value of approximately $2M.
• Bring in new projects regularly, including ~ $1M in new annual fees.
• Promote staff understanding of business development and market positioning.
• Participate in client interviews and promotions to establish IMEG as an expert in selected markets.
• Serve as Project Manager on most assigned projects and coordinate BD opportunities with Client Executive and marketing.
• Participate in local and corporate market-focused organizations to align on market changes.
• Support financial success of managed projects and AR collections.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and project management.
