Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Structural Engineer / Project Engineer to join its collaborative team in Houston. The role blends hands-on structural analysis with project leadership, supporting projects from concept through startup.

You will establish design criteria, perform analyses, interpret codes (ACI 318, ASCE 7, AISC, IBC, OSHA), and coordinate scope, schedule, and budget while interfacing with clients and vendors. Office-based position in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Working knowledge of ACI 318, ASCE 7, AISC, IBC and OSHA codes.

Responsibilities

• Establish structural design criteria and perform analyses for energy facilities.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as technical lead for multi-discipline deliverables.
• Provide QA/QC reviews and ensure code-compliant designs.
