Job summary

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. invites applications for a Structural Project Engineer on the CEPP EAA A-2 Reservoir project in Palm Beach County, Florida. You will report to the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure safe, accurate, and on‑time construction delivery.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, submittals, RFIs, change orders, cost coding, material logistics, and maintaining the P6 schedule. Strong written and verbal communication and prior USACE experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate Structural Engineer with 3 years of related experience or Undergraduate Structural Engineer with 5 years of related experience.
• Primavera CPM scheduling, CAD knowledge, and structural design capability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with USACE projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reports, monitor daily work activities for production, and schedule tracking.
• Create and manage construction documentation such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, notifications, and correspondence.
• Maintain construction schedule updates in P6.
• Prepare monthly pay requests and coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Obtain material quotes, prepare comparisons, and issue purchase orders.
• Track invoices and maintain field purchase order files.
