Qualifications

• Graduate structural engineer with 3 years of related experience or undergraduate with 5 years of related experience.
• Primavera CPM scheduling, CAD knowledge.
• Ability to work with a fast-paced team in a construction environment.
• Experience working on USACE projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets, costs, production quantities, and schedule performance.
• Prepare cost reports, budget forecasts, earned value tracking, and analyses.
• Track costs against budgets and identify variances.
• Assist with monthly cost projections and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare monthly owner pay applications and support billing activities.
• Review invoices, POs, receipts, and payments.
• Coordinate with subs and vendors regarding invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain Primavera schedule updates and evaluate impacts on costs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation for audit and compliance.
