Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is pleased to offer a Structural Project Engineer position on the CEPP Everglades Agricultural Area A-2 Reservoir project in Palm Beach County, Florida. This role reports to the Project Manager and Superintendent and focuses on safe, accurate project execution.

The engineer will coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and schedule updates in a fast-paced heavy civil environment on a landmark project for Everglades restoration.

Qualifications

• Experience on USACE projects is preferred.
• Graduate Structural Engineer or 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient with Primavera CPM scheduling, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and monitor production and schedule tracking.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.
• Develop project plans and maintain construction schedules in P6.
• Obtain material quotes, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries.
• Maintain client, owner, subcontractor, and vendor relationships with clear communication.
