Job summary

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. in Palm Beach County, Florida, seeks a Project Administrator to support the CEPP EAA-2 Reservoir project. You will report to the Project Manager and Superintendent, ensuring safety, accuracy, and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, pay requests, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of heavy civil experience are required, with USACE experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of relevant experience on heavy civil projects (Project Engineer, Field Engineer or QC Tech).
• Proficiency in Primavera CPM scheduling or similar; CAD knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive construction environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working on USACE projects is a plus.
• Experience supervising operations teams is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and independent work under pressure.
• Background check and drug testing.
• Experience on water control, levee, concrete, or mass excavation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reports and monitor production and schedule tracking.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, notifications and correspondence.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly meetings and maintain client/subcontractor/vendor communications.
• Prepare monthly pay requests for Project Manager approval.
• Track materials, quotes, and issue purchase orders for approval.
• Maintain project documentation in Primavera and related systems.
• Interpret plans and drawings for heavy civil projects and assist with schedules.
