Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of structural engineering experience in building design.
• ABET-accredited degree; Master’s preferred.
• State-issued EIT certificate.
• Experience with gravity and lateral load-resisting systems.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (RISA 3D, ETABS, RAM, RAM Concept, Adapt, Enercalc).

Responsibilities

• Design tasks under the supervision of the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with BIM Designers to produce structural construction documents and draft details in REVIT.
• Assist Project Managers with shop drawings and RFIs.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in construction documents.
• Grow technical knowledge through projects and continuing education.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
