Job summary
DCI Engineers Bozeman is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to contribute to the design, analysis and construction support of building projects. You will collaborate with BIM designers and engineers to produce structural construction documents and details in REVIT.
Ideal candidates will have an ABET-accredited degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, an EIT certificate, and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- State-issued Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate
- ABET-accredited degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with steel, concrete and wood design materials (preferred)
- Familiar with design/build codes such as AISC, ACI 318, IBC, ASCE 7
- Experience with structural analysis software (RISA 3D, RAM, ETABS, Enercalc) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform structural design tasks under PM supervision
- Collaborate with BIM Designers to produce construction documents in REVIT
- Support project managers with shop drawings and RFIs
- Ensure accuracy of construction documents
- Grow technical knowledge through project experience and education
- Develop and maintain client relationships
