Job summary

DCI Engineers in San Diego, CA is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to design, analyze, and support building projects. You will collaborate with BIM designers to produce structural documents and REVIT details, assist PMs with RFIs, and ensure document accuracy.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Degree in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering from ABET-accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• State-issued Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and provide construction support for building projects under PM supervision.
• Collaborate with BIM designers to produce structural construction documents and REVIT details.
• Assist PMs with construction support, including shop drawing reviews and RFIs.
• Ensure accuracy of construction documents and maintain attention to detail.
• Grow technical knowledge through project experience and continuing education.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
