Job summary

DCI Engineers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to contribute to the design, analysis, and construction support of diverse building projects. You will collaborate with BIM designers and engineers to produce structural documents in REVIT and support project managers with shop drawings and RFIs.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of building design experience, familiarity with steel, concrete, and wood, and a degree from ABET-accredited program; EIT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of structural engineering experience in building design.
• Experience with steel, concrete, and wood design materials.
• Familiarity with gravity framing and wind-resistance systems.
• Must have EIT or be eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components under PM supervision.
• Collaborate with BIM Designers to produce construction documents in REVIT.
• Assist with construction support, including RFIs and shop drawing reviews.
• Ensure accuracy of construction documents and maintain client relationships.
• Grow technical knowledge through project experience and education.
