Job summary

AllSTEM Connections seeks a Structural Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of structural engineering design and project management experience in Austin, Texas. You will lead design teams, manage scopes, schedules, and client communications, and ensure QA/QC across projects.

Candidates may be considered if pursuing PE. Proficiency with Revit, RAM, and RISA, and knowledge of AISC, ACI, IBC are preferred. Strong knowledge of building codes is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering design and project management experience.
• EIT/EI candidates may be considered for progression toward PE.
• Proficiency with structural design software and knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design teams on multiple projects and drive project delivery.
• Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure QA/QC across design and construction document stages.
