W3Global is seeking a Project Manager focused on building structural engineering to lead client-focused projects from inception through construction. You will manage building expansions, repairs, renovations and stand-alone structures, handling scopes from $10K to $20M.

The role requires PE licensure and offers strong ESOP ownership, collaborative culture, and hybrid workoptions to support professional growth and licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master's a plus).
• PE license required; SE license a plus.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of RAM, RISA, and Revit.
• Familiarity with IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC codes.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and client coordination for building expansions, repairs, renovations and stand-alone structures.
• Manage projects from concept through construction for scopes up to $20M.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure code compliance and constructability.

This position is ideal for a structural engineer who enjoys working directly with clients and managing projects involving building expansions, repairs, renovations, and stand-alone structures ranging from $10K to $20M.

Qualifications
